Job DetailsWhat You'll Be Doing:
- Process full cycle weekly payroll in house including calculating hours, deductions, overtime and adjustments
- Oversee job costing and cost code analysis, ensuring all labor costs are accurately allocated and reported.
- Maintain and manage cost codes
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and union regulations.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of payroll
- Manage workers' compensation and garnishments.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of payroll and job costing processes.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and job costing reports.
- Collaborate directly with the Controller on reporting and accuracy
What You Need:
4+ years of hands on payroll processing experience
Job costing and cost codes experience (construction industry)
Experience with time card processing — both manual and electronic
Local to the South Bay area, this is fully onsite 5 days a week
