We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Weekend Lead Supervisor to join our team. This exciting role involves overseeing weekend operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and driving team performance towards achieving organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients. This is a full-time permanent position that requires working on weekends and offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate weekend activities to ensure efficient operations and meet business objectives.
2. Lead, motivate, and support a team, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
3. Act as a point of contact for all staff and clients during weekends, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
4. Implement and monitor operational procedures and standards to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency.
5. Coordinate with other supervisors and management to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of service.
6. Provide regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and other relevant information to management.
7. Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters team spirit, high morale, and staff retention.
8. Participate in recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
9. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
10. Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a supervisor or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role requiring these skills.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and any relevant software.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
7. Ability to work on weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
9. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle client issues effectively.
10. A degree in business management or a related field would be an advantage.
