Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Establish and maintain construction schedule, identifying and solving problems as needed.
- Direct all field personnel and activities in accordance with project schedule through completion of final punch list.
- Ensure the highest quality workmanship is provided.
- Order materials and schedule necessary inspections.
- Promote jobsite safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify jobsite hazards.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policy by all employees and contractors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams
- Prior experience with both commercial tenant improvements and structural projects (life science, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (or related scheduling programs)
