We're a General Contractor specializing in high-end, luxury single family homes in the San Francisco area servicing the wine country to the peninsula, as well as sunny Los Angeles. We've been extremely fortunate to have grown our business 5 times the size since 2015.
Due to our growth and a full pipeline of projects we have an opening for a Senior Project Manager building luxury single family homes $3M - $15M+.

Job Details
+ Must have experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working on luxury single family homes $3M+ + Understand, plan, and review the construction program including plan layout, equipment and manpower needs, budget, and schedule; making sure the project is completed in a timely manner. + Daily review of projects and compliance with plans using detailed record keeping. Maintain detailed and accessible records and follow through on all requests and commitments. + Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment. + Prepare weekly schedules. + Scheduling of inspections. + Approval of work-in-process requests for payment. + Review of subcontracts, periodic rating of subcontractors, and providing appropriate feedback to trades.
