Pacific Animal Hospital is growing and we are looking for an
experienced, detail-oriented Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our
outstanding and expanding team!

In this role, you will: - Provide excellent patient care during surgical and dental procedures - including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.
- Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication.
- Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with your team to support the veterinarian's orders during outpatient visits, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who are passionate about exceptional patient and client care, and ready to work at the top of their license in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Schedule: We offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Saturday availability is required. Full-time team members enjoy a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, while part-time team members are scheduled for 8-hour shifts.
Full-time benefits and compensation**: - Compensation: $28-32 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications and skill set: - 3+ years of veterinary technician experience
- Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of California**
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Venipuncture and cystocentesis
- Placing IV catheters and administering injections
- Anesthetic induction and monitoring
- Dental prophy, charting, radiographs and extractions
