Job Details
Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple dedicated program teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives.
· Provide Staff Quality Engineering oversight for Quality Engineers with technical and programmatic task responsibilities.
· Mentor/train Quality Engineers & Inspectors by offering professional guidance on career development.
· Promote and support a Continual Improvement Culture (CIC) and champion processes to reduce time and costs.
· Advises the Director of Quality Assurance of all related development and performance activities.
· Supports the Director of Quality Assurance in recruiting and budgeting activities.
· Supports 3rd Party audits as required.
