Job Details- 5 to 15 years of litigation experience, ideally with complex personal injury or catastrophic injury matters.
- Strong trial and courtroom experience, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation (first-chair trial experience is a plus).
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- California Bar admission in good standing (or ability to become admitted).
- Ability to manage complex cases independently while working collaboratively within a team of senior litigators.
