Job DetailsThis position is focused on pre-litigation. You will:
- Own all pre-litigation work on your docket
- Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake
- Draft all documents related to pre-litigation
- Oversee all negotiations and demands
What we're looking for:
- Must be a member of the CA bar
- Must have a degree from an accredited law school
- At least 1 year of PI experience
- You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm
- You must be open to some trial work down the line
