Job Details

Seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering leader with 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, IPC Class 3 soldering standards, and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, workflows, and production efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, and DFM principles.
• Develop manufacturing procedures, work instructions, labor standards, and Bills of Operations.
• Support PCB assembly, machining, sheet metal fabrication, and electronic product manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Perform supplier audits, source inspections, capacity planning, and cost analysis.
• Drive corrective actions, process improvements, and production readiness for new products.

Qualifications:

• Extensive PCB, SMT, and soldering experience.
• Strong knowledge of IPC Class 3 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SPC, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and supplier management preferred.
