This role oversees a team focused on financial data delivery and reporting while acting as a key partner to Finance and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate is a working manager with strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

Job DetailsRequirements:
- 3 + years of experience working within the Legal Industry required
- 2 + years of prior experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and financial reporting systems
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with financial system integrations and data architecture
- Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on technical work
