Job DetailsWe are seeking a motivated attorney licensed in California who is eager to build a career in workers’ compensation law. No prior experience in this field is required—we will fully train and mentor you.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients at hearings and trials
- Conduct legal research and case evaluations
- Draft pleadings, settlement documents, and reports
- Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
- Manage a caseload with support from legal assistants/paralegals
What We’re Looking For:
- California Bar license in good standing
- 1–3 years of legal experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Spanish language skills a plus
