Job DetailsWe are seeking a technical accounting leader responsible for SEC reporting, complex accounting analysis, policy development, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements. This role oversees financial disclosures, supports quarterly and annual filings, partners with auditors and cross-functional teams, and provides expertise on complex transactions, new accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting processes.
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field
- CPA certification
- Ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance
- 10+ years of accounting experience across publicly traded organizations or Big Four
- Hands on experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting
- Disclosure Management, experience producing 10-Q/10-K and related disclosure packages
- XBRL tools
- ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718, and income taxes
