Job Details- Project Layout, lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
- Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
- Currently have a 2-year project in Holmby Hills that’s 50,000 SF total with phase 1 at $20M and future projects with a backlog of work in Beverly Hills, Malibu, Brentwood, and Bel Air
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
- Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
- Prefer experience coming up through the ranks as a former Millworker or Carpenter
