Job Details- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, or similar building types
- Full ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects or phases depending on size
- Strong understanding of cost control, change orders, and project financials
