Job Details- 3–8 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC
- Experience estimating TI, interiors, retail, or quick-turn projects
- Ability to manage multiple estimates at once with accuracy and speed
- Comfort working with conceptual budgets as well as hard bids
- Strong knowledge of subcontractor pricing and scope leveling
