Job DetailsJob Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns for multiple clients
- Demonstrating passion for this unique tax area.
- Identifying tax planning and consulting opportunities.
- Developing a relationship with and maintaining contact with clients.
- Proactively communicating with and managing other staff assigned to the projects.
- Working on complex accounting and/ or tax issues.
- Mentoring and training staff.
- Serving as a resource for CST partners on general returns
Qualifications
- MS in Taxation, MPA or BS in Accounting
- Must have CPA license and 5-7 years of public accounting experience
- Excellent client service skills, strong oral, written and presentation skills and leadership ability
