Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage multiple audit client engagements across various industries
- Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and financial statement review
- Supervise and mentor interns, staff, and seniors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value and advisory support
- Ensure audit quality and compliance with GAAP and firm standards
You should have most of the following:
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of recent public accounting experience
- Strong background in Nonprofit and Employee Benefit Plan audits
- Experience in Construction or Private Company audits a plus
- Proven ability to manage audit teams and client engagements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
