Job DetailsQualifications:
To qualify for the role of AP Specialist, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries.
- Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus!
- Knowledge of ACH payment processing.
- Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (not needed)
